Goods once sold will not be taken back. All products are properly checked & packed by our Shipping Agent for no damage during transit. Incase products are still found to have manufacturing defects, we will replace or issue Credit Note for purchase amount excluding shipping cost within 15 days of receipt of parcel at our end, provided the item is unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the Original Packaging.
Conditions of Returns:
1. Replacement or Credit Note will be initiated once we receive the sold products in our warehouse which are intimated by Email to have manufacturing defects.
2. No exchange or refund of sold items is permitted.
3. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
4. Please use reliable courier service to return the defective items with proper shipment receipts & other details (reason for return, etc.). We will not refund the return back shipment amount.
Incase parcel is received damaged / tampered or appears damaged while delivery by Courier company, please do not accept or take delivery of the said parcel. Please mention the reason for not taking delivery on delivery receipt to refund the purchased product amount within 15 days of return back of the non-delivered parcel by Courier Company. If possible, please take picture of the damaged parcel & mail it to “support@imperialidea.com” for better records.
Please note, we cannot promise replacement of same product incase of unavailability of similar product in our stock.
